After selling my Appliance service and parts business west of Atlanta my wife and I moved to The Villages to retire. After a couple of months of rest I resumed repairing, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, GE, Maytag, Roper, and other major appliances appliances for friends and relatives and third party warranty companies. It's hard to stop something you love doing.

 

With over 20 years of experience, 16 years of education in addition to 1 year of technical school and numerous manufacturer training classes I can repair most appliances but limit the brands and type of appliances repaired.

I will even advise you if you should replace rather than repair or if you should get a second opinion.

 

I will not charge for the diagnostic if I believe a second opinion is required.

Years of experience has given me the knowledge to know when this may be required.

 

Most employees of larger companies will feel pressured to replace parts fearing to admit they are unable to diagnose the problem given that they need to charge a fee for coming out in order to avoid upsetting management.
